What a party!

Breakfast: 12 ounces of water and two Tylenol

So the drive was nearly ninety minutes but it was SO worth the fuel....the Halloween party was one of the best I've ever been to - dare I'd say that it was almost better than one of my Halloween parties. Almost.

Okay, I'll admit it, it was better. Way better. We arrived early, there were about twenty people there but the food that was laid out seemed a bit much. Little did I know. By eleven o'clock, there were close to three hundred people there and absolutely EVERYONE was in costume! Jose hired a bartending service and a body guard. The house was decorated to the hilt. It was impressive. A guest could totally tell that Jose had been collecting decorations for a while. The garage was converted into a dance floor complete with a mobile DJ. The kitchen, dining room and receiving room were converted to food tables. I'm serious there was so much food.

Constantine would not tell me what his costume was at all. No matter how much I begged, he just would not tell me anything about his duds. I found out why? He arrived as Whorisha! Yes, he showed up in drag and I might add he looked great. I've attached a picture of Constantine and Jose in drag - those two had been planning for months to go in drag. They went shopping all over the place from SF to San Diego over the past two months and they both pulled it off.

Anyway, the party was great! I had way too many Dos Equis Lagers. Emjay had way too many Tequila shots. We were all a little too far gone to drive - besides the party was too wonderful to leave. Didn't arrive back home until after five o'clock this morning. Wowzers!

What fun! I think the Halloween holiday spark deep inside my being has been reignited. Can't wait for next year!

In other briefs, Stacy showed up this afternoon. I walked her through Allysa's website and it looks like something Stacy will be able to handle. Then she helped me walk through some of the subtleties involved in the impending conversion project from GLCS2 to DWCS3. Stacy helped me get over some of my fears and I think it's going to go okay.
